Todd McCorkle
Todd is our on-site quality control expert. He brings over 38 years of hand-on knowledge. Todd’s expertise is in framing, fine trim, and troubleshooting unexpected site challenges. He runs a tight, safe job site and has a legendary eye for detail—if it's not perfect, he won't sign off on it. Even as an owner, Todd is personally involved in all stages of every project. This level of involvement ensures quality control. Making sure no detail is overlooked, no matter how small.
In his free time Todd enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family. Including his wife Lori, daughter Blake and son in law matt as well as their grandchildren.

Matt is the powerhouse behind our successful daily site operations. With over 10 years of dedicated, hands-on experience, Matt specializes in landscape design in addition to his construction skills. Helping build your dream home both inside and out.
Matt enjoys spending his free time with his wife Blake and their kids Mason, Austyn, and London. Matt is active in both cub scouts/boy scouts, and youth sports.

Corey founded Timby Development with a vision to make the custom building process clear, collaborative, and enjoyable. A northern Michigan native, Corey wanted to help others build the home of their dreams, and do so at an affordable cost.
With a bachelors degree in business administration from Northwood University. Corey also serves the community as a registered nurse. Corey manages the day-to-day flow of all trade activities. Coordinating the efficient arrival and work of subcontractors—from excavators and electricians to roofers and painters—making sure the project schedule is maintained and site logistics run smoothly.. Corey enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with his significant other and business partner, Cessa.
